La entrega es inmediata y por email: recibirás tu enlace de descarga en menos de 60 segundos después del pago. Si no llega, revisa la carpeta de spam y escríbenos; lo resolvemos el mismo día.
Tu copia es personal e intransferible y va sellada con tu email. Puedes leerla en tus dispositivos e imprimirla para tu uso. No puedes revenderla, publicarla en internet, compartirla en grupos ni distribuirla por ningún medio.
Si el material no es para ti, escríbenos dentro de los 30 días siguientes a tu compra y te devolvemos el importe íntegro, sin preguntas. El reembolso se emite al mismo método de pago.
Las sesiones incluidas en el plan Premium se agendan por email y tienen una validez de 6 meses desde la compra. Si necesitas reprogramar, avísanos con al menos 24 horas de antelación.
Tu acceso está ligado al email con el que compraste. Compartir credenciales o distribuir los materiales puede provocar la suspensión del acceso sin reembolso.
